I take a dynamic and personable approach catered to your goals, body and lifestyle. My approach is based on one-on-one coaching, knowledge transfer and growth. I will give you the tools you need to exercise and train in a safe and effective manner. Whether your goal is sport specific, you want to get stronger, faster, more athletic and mobile or your goal is to exercise more regularly, learn the basics, feel good, avoid injury and have more structure and accountability, I can help! My motto: move more, don't wait, it's never too late! As a lawyer, I took my relationships with clients very seriously. My clients’ results were my results as well. As your strength and conditioning coach, I plan to do the same.
